Tri-Bead Wreath Ornament - Preschool Crafts

Materials:
- 10 Red translucent tri-beads
- 12" Green chenille stem
- Wire cutters
- 20 Green translucent tri-beads

- Cut the chenille stem in half.
- Feed beads on in order given: 1 red, 4 green, 2 red, 4 green, 2 red, 4 green, 2 red, 4 green, 2 red, 4 green, 1 red
- Twist the ends together and push sharp ends to inside of beads.
- Hang and enjoy



Christmas Puppets

Materials:
- Crayons
- Little Paper Bags
- Other Craft Items such as beads, glitter, fabric scraps etc.
- Glue
- Construction Paper

- Draw any of the Christmas characters on the paper bags.
- Color them using crayons.
- Embellish them with construction paper and miscellaneous craft items to make their eyes, mustaches, beards and hair.
- You can make Santa Claus, Mrs Claus, Rudolph with his red nose and elves and angels.



Easy Rudolph Clothespin Ornament

Materials:
- thin red ribbon in red, white or green
- small bell
- Scissors
- Glue
- 3 old fashioned clothespins
- black paint and paintbrush
- 1 small white pom pom
- 1 piece of red felt
- 1 piece of black felt
- String in black, white, green or red
- 1 pair of wiggly eyes

- Glue the knotted end of the string between the heads of two clothespins to create the reindeer's body.
- To create the reindeers head, glue the third clothespin upside down onto the first two.
- When the glue has completely dried, attach a circle of red felt for a nose, a white pom pom for a tail and the pair of wiggly eyes.
- Cut two ears from the black felt and glue them to the base of the reindeer antlers.
- Tie the piece of thin red ribbon with the bell strung on it around the reindeer's neck.
- Lastly, paint the reindeer's hooves with black paint, or with a permanent magic marker.



Clothes Pin Angel

Materials:
- old fashioned clothes pins (can be bought in craft store . . . not the kind with the spring)
- bits of material or crayons and paper
- color markers - sharp tip for face
- paper muffin liners (white)
- black or yellow yarn for hair
- white glue

- Draw a face on the head of the clothes pin.
- Cut some small pieces of yarn for the hair and glue on
- Cut a muffin liner in two for wings
- glue wings to back of clothes pin
- dress the angel in either either a cloth or paper dress, use glue to fix "dress" to body.
- Put your angel on a branch of your Christmas tree
